I've scanned the forum and did not find an answer to this basic question.

As I understand the instructions to install PDFCreator server mode, they state that "at least one instance of PDFCreator is running". I took that to mean that I needed to do a standard installation on the server first. I logged onto my print server and installed PDFCreator as a standard installation. That went OK.

On the same server, I tried to run the PDFCreator install a second time to run the server installation. I was told that there was an instance already installed.

Am I mis-reading the instructions for a server installation?
