I have PDFCreator 0.9.5 installed on a 2003 server as a service, this appears to be working ok for most users.

I have both English and Japanese users, the English users have no problems at all. When a Japanese user prints, the PDF file has some of the Japanese characters missing.

The server has Asian Font support installed.

The user does not receive any error messages, the PDF Creator log and server event log shows nothing wrong.

Japanese users have Windows XP + SP 1 (Japanese) with Office XP 2002 (English with Japanese addon pack)

What else can I try?
