in MS word 2003 with the function "insert - hyperlink" I can insert a hyperlink direct (insert the address) or over a description (insert "text shown as" and address).

with "direct hyperlink" --- after converting to pdf with pdfCreator --- the link works

with "description and hyperlink" --- after converting to pdf with pdfCreator --- the link doesn´t work!!!

is there any definition that this works?
