There are some common problem while using, installing or uninstalling PDFCreator. For these, we have a section frequently asked questions (FAQ).

Many problems disappear, when you reinstall PDFCreator. To do so, uninstall PDFCreator and reboot afterwards. Then install PDFCreator again.

If this could not help you, please feel free to post your question in the forums. Please write your question in english, so we and other people can understand it.
If you have big problems with english, then german would be ok as well, but it could cause other people with the same problem to not understand the discussion.

Problem with PdfCreator 0.9.5 (match/nomatch color)

OS XP Pro

a) From Adobe Reader print pdf on PdfCreator and generate pdf file. Ok.

b) From Adobe Reader print pdf on PdfCreator and generate jpg & tiff files. No match color

c) From Adobe Reader print pdf on Microsoft XPS document writer and generate xps file. Ok.

c) From IE7 print xps on PdfCreator and generate pdf & jpg & tiff file. Ok.
