11x17

does anyone know how I can configure PDFcreator to create an 11x17 PDF file which eventually will end up being printed on an 11x17 printer? I have tried everything I can think of, there is no 11x17 document size to select for this PDFcreator print driver and everything I have tried is producing wierd results. What am I missing?

I have the same problem. Latest version of PDFCreator.
When you set it under the "options" tab to print in 11x17, it does not create a 11x17 pdf.
