11x17

does anyone know how I can configure PDFcreator to create an 11x17 PDF file which eventually will end up being printed on an 11x17 printer? I have tried everything I can think of, there is no 11x17 document size to select for this PDFcreator print driver and everything I have tried is producing wierd results. What am I missing?

"ledger" did create a 11x17 pdf for me!

But the 11x17 option does not create a 11x17 for me - so it must be a bug in the program for now...
