PDF Architect's Forms feature lets you create fillable forms from scratch or fill in pre-designed ones. Create invoices, surveys or custom PDF forms for any need.
Form Fields
Select from popular form fields like check boxes, text fields, lists and buttons. Our snap line feature helps with applying consistent margins and positions to all fields.
Import / Export
Export the filled form to the FDF format. This will allow others to process the data without having to transfer the whole document. Of course PDF Architect can import FDF data as well.
Actions
When the form is filled, you can allow the user to print it, send it via e-mail or send it through an http connection, making it easy to complete their requests.
