In our forum you might find the answer to your question as others may have asked the same before. You are also welcome to ask other users for help. Occasionally one of our PDFCreator developers or a member of the customer service pops in as well.


Manage your license

There are a few things you can do to manage your license in the license server, i.e. revoke activated machines or renew your license. If you can't activate PDFCreator online, you can also use the offline activation.


Download the latest version

Many problems of older versions of PDFCreator have already been fixed, so we recommend to try to update to the latest version. Even if you have the latest version, there are problems that can be solved by reinstalling the same version again.
